Return and Exchange

At Scubahead, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
 

Eligibility for Returns
 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for processing returns.

  • Certain items such as personal gear (mouthpieces, snorkels, wetsuits), clearance sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return for hygiene and policy reasons.
     

Process for Returns
 

  1. Email us at info@scubahead.in with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm if your item is eligible and share return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
     

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@scubahead.in.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
