9. Dive Travel Disclaimer

Scubahead LLP (“Scubahead”) acts solely as a platform facilitator of the dive related trips, activities and events advertised. All trips are organised, conducted and operated entirely by 3rd party licensed and certified third-party underwater dive activity provider(s) and their sub contractors (“Provider’).  As a mandatory pre condition, all participants are required to read, understand and strictly comply with all terms and conditions, rules and regulations of the Providers. All issues, claims, complaints or disputes (legal, dive related or otherwise) are to be addressed directly with the Provider without recourse or liability to Scubahead, nonetheless Scubahead may endeavour to help and assist in in the event of an emergency (reasonably). Scubahead does not provide any warranty, guarantee nor does it make any representation on the suitability, quality and fitness of the of the instruments, dive equipment, instructors etc., of the Provider. 

 

Scubahead is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from weather, government actions, hotel cancellation, flight disruptions, personal illness, emergencies and contingencies, death, accident and/or any other unforseen circumstances beyond its control. Scubahead and/or the Provider is entitled to reschedule, cancel, delay postpone all for safety, operational, and regulatory reasons without prior notice or approval. 

 

Certified and non-certified participating divers are solely responsible for ensuring their individual medical and mental fitness to voluntarily participate in all the activities arranged by the Provider and to adhering to safety requirements and protocols as instructed by the Provider from time to time (including monitoring their own individual health and  buddy’s safety at all times during the trip). Please be informed that participation in all such trip activities is purely voluntary in nature and at your own risk, as such Scubahead and the Provider strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance policies and specific underwater dive insurance coverage ahead of your trip to make the trip safe and enjoyable.
